High School Guidance Director – Guilford and East Haven - 34 years
Adjunct Instructor – University of New Haven – 30 years
Accomplishments
Original member, Conservation Commission– prepared the original
Conservation Plan for Guilford and originated the Land Trust Concept
Chair, Planning and Zoning– developed the first Plan of Conservation
and Development for Guilford.
Chair, Water Pollution Control Authority– developed a Sewer
Avoidance program, approved by the State for use in other
communities.
Original member, Land Acquisition Committee and Coastal Area Management Committee
President of Board of Directors, Ronald McDonald Of Connecticut, Connecticut Hospice
Current Chair, The Marina Commission
Life Member, The Guilford Agricultural Society

I am a good listener. I am trustworthy and fair.
My 50+ years of experience in serving Guilford has made me knowledgeable of the interactions within the Guilford community. My goal is to hear and understand the assessment appeals being made by Guilford’s citizens and, by applying fair and consistent guidelines, to arrive at equitable solutions.
